Jason Kenyon

Born on March the 9th 1971 in Wythenshawe Hospital, Jason was a lovely baby boy although his mum wanted a girl.
The youngest son of three brothers it was never going to be easy for Jason.
So what did the gods have in store for Jason?
He went to his local school Woodhouse Park Primary where he was taught the basics of English and Maths. However, Jason was no academic and decided more was to be learnt from the University of Life or maybe he was just being lazy.
At the age of 15 he decided he wanted to be a professional gambler and after 2 years of hard training and studying the form he learned how to write out a bet, it would be another 2 years before he would realise he was never going to be a professional gambler the gods would have other challenges in store for Jason.
After trying different jobs and training, Jason could not find his focus or goal in life, until he came across Radio Regen in 1999 where he trained in radio media production skills, Jason excelled, well he thought he did anyway.
Radio Regen decided to give him a job at the end of his training, did they feel sorry for him or could they see a spark, it was late and dark so who knows.
After 2 years of setting up limited time radio stations and audio projects WFM got the go-ahead to broadcast for 1 year. Jason took this opportunity by the balls and went for the job of Programme Organiser which he acquired with relative ease, as there were no other applicants. It was a long and hard struggle setting up and helping to run a full time community radio station. Lots of mistakes were made and lots of lessons were learned, but after a shaky 2 years, WFM is finally getting it right, although I'm sure more mistakes will be made.
So what's in store for Jason? He could become the next Prime Minister or live on the streets asking for spare change, only the gods can answer that and, with their twisted games of life, we shall have to wait and see.
